Seller terms

Provide accurate shop, identification, bank, product, inventory, weight, and delivery information. Offer only products you are entitled to sell. Marketplace categories and their commission rates are managed by administrators.

The customer product price includes the category commission on your seller base price. Delivery charges are calculated from the combined weight of your shop's items. Historical order rates remain fixed after purchase.

Accept orders only when you can fulfill them. Acceptance unlocks required delivery details and locks ordinary cancellation. Enter the actual courier and tracking number when shipping. Customer or administrator delivery confirmation releases the relevant financial amounts.

For bank transfer orders, eligible seller proceeds are settled through the marketplace. For cash on delivery, you remain responsible for the platform commission shown in your statements. Overdue balances can hide your listings while your account and payment pages remain accessible.

Do not share private customer information, solicit off-platform payments, or manipulate reviews. Contact support for disputes, exceptional cancellations, or statement corrections.
