How is delivery charged?
Items are grouped by shop. Each shop's combined weight is rounded up to the next kilogram and charged using that shop's delivery rates. Checkout shows each charge before you place the order.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel a shop shipment before the seller accepts it. After acceptance, contact support for an exceptional cancellation or delivery issue.

How does bank transfer work?
Place the order, transfer the displayed total to the marketplace account, and submit the payment receipt. Fulfillment starts after verification.

How do I track my order?
Open your orders or use guest tracking with your order number and email. The courier and tracking number appear after dispatch.

When do affiliate rewards become available?
Product commissions become available after successful delivery. Cancelled or refunded orders have their related commissions reversed.
