Payment policy

HURULUMART accepts bank transfer and cash on delivery where supported by the selected shops. The checkout shows the product total, shop delivery charges, discounts, and amount due in Sri Lankan rupees.

For bank transfer, use the marketplace bank details shown with your order and submit a legible receipt and transfer reference. Administrators verify the receipt before the order can be fulfilled. Submitting a receipt does not itself confirm payment. Rejected receipts include a review note.

For cash on delivery, pay the final order amount to the authorized seller or courier as instructed for the shipment. Do not pay sellers through links or account details shared in chat.

Contact support for a duplicate transfer, incorrect reference, payment discrepancy, or refund. Keep your bank payment record until the order and any refund are resolved.
