Delivery policy

Each shop chooses its delivery provider and first-kilogram and additional-kilogram charges. Delivery is calculated for the combined weight of that shop's products, rounded up to the next whole kilogram. Orders containing multiple shops can arrive in separate parcels.

Review your address and phone number at checkout. Contact support promptly if they need correction. After seller acceptance, delivery details are shared with that seller for fulfillment.

Dispatch confirmation includes a courier and tracking number. Tracking links open the courier's website, whose updates and availability are controlled by the courier. If an embedded tracking page cannot load, use the external tracking link.

Delivery estimates are indicative. Report a missing, damaged, or significantly delayed shipment through your order or support.
